Each Gymnastics & Creative Movement class is action-packed, full of fun skills and activities your child will love! Classes are 50 minutes including an upbeat WARM-UP and LARGE MOTOR SKILLS segment to promote cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility, improve strength and coordination, and prevent injury. Every student works individually with the instructor learning fundamental GYMNASTICS skills and techniques on the MAT, BALANCE BEAM, WEDGE, MAILBOX, TRAMPOLINE, and SPRING BOARD.  Students also learn rhythmic gymnastics skills as they utilize ribbons, ropes, hoops, balls, and parachute!  The socio-emotional growth and character of those we teach are an essential part of our program.
