Jazz, Ballet, & Tumbling

Through different forms of dance, children are afforded the opportunity to express themselves freely in a way they might not otherwise experience. Besides the many physical benefits of dance including: improved physical fitness, better balance, coordination, & posture; children also learn cooperation and spatial awareness, leadership, and perseverance through challenges.

All Fit Kids classes include an upbeat WARM-UP, STRETCH, and ACROSS THE FLOOR segment to promote cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility, improve strength and coordination, and prevent injury. Students learn choreographed dance numbers to their favorite tunes and demonstrate their showmanship in a year-end recital for their loved ones!
